The “under” is the choice as Jacksonville will slow down Kansas City’s high-flying attack.
Falcons vs Steelers (O/U 58)
The Atlanta Falcons and Pittsburgh Steelers both have elite offenses and questionable defenses. The oddsmakers know it and have pushed the scoring total up to 58 points for this one. Vikings vs Eagles (O/U 46.5)
The total for the Minnesota Vikings against the Philadelphia Eagles is set at 46.5 points. This is a rematch of last year’s NFC Championship game. Both teams are struggling and need to get things ironed out. Minnesota’s defense has taken it on the chin the past couple weeks but it should bounce back in this one. Rams vs Seahawks (O/U 50)
The Los Angeles Rams put up huge numbers last week against the Vikings and have been one of the best offenses in the NFL each of the past two years. They will hit the road to face a Seahawks team that for years had a stingy defense but is now without Legion of Boom members Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor. The Seahawks aren’t going to put up much of a fight as the “over” is the choice as the Rams will continue to light up the scoreboard and Seattle will score late when it is in comeback mode.
Texans vs Cowboys (O/U 45.5)
All of those are interesting choices, but the best play on the scoring total will come on “Sunday Night Football” in the matchup between the Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys. This is expected to be a close game and both teams will try to control the ball. The scoring total is listed at 45.5 points and that is too high.
Dallas has been struggling to score on the season and that will contribute to the “under” in this game. Of all the totals available for Week 5 of the NFL season, this is the one to bet.
